2015 Crosstrek

2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium

Limited edition Sunshine Yellow

2.0l, CVT Automatic, AWD

Well we have had it 2 years now and Juli loves it. Just added Primitive Racking Armor to it. That is Front, Mid and Rear Differential skid plates. Made videos of the install, it was pretty easy. I had access to a lift so that helped.

I also installed a Crawford Eco-Block as well. Very pleased with it so far. First long trip was the day after the install, pulled 1 mgp less over the same route but the weather and load was much worse. Now with the combined city and highway driving it's 2 - 3 mpg better, just under 1,000 miles since install. If it keeps up that rate, it will have paid for itself in 1 year with the current gas prices.

Juli's new car, picked it up on 19 Feb 2017 with 28k miles on it.

It appears to be stock with the exception of the tires.

3 July 2017, changed oil and differential fluids. AMSOIL Signature Series 0W-20 oil with an EA15k13 oil filter.

AMSOIL Long Life 75W90 Synthetic Gear Lube in the front and rear differentials. I have the AMSOIL Synthetic CVT Fluid, just need more time to get it changed over.

Added a front license plate holder as well as front and rear mud flaps.

We have added a Hitch Source hidden 2" receiver hitch and the Subaru crossbars for the roof rack.
